Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our policy below:

Physical Products (CDs, Merch, etc.)

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items.

  • To request a return, email us at parvaazmusicofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • You must provide proof of purchase and photos of the issue.

  • Approved returns must be sent back in original packaging.

Digital Products (Music downloads, Tickets, etc.)

  • All digital products and event tickets are non-refundable once delivered or issued. Any refunds and processing is handled through the ticketing platforms and vendors who officially provide such services and as such all such refunds are facilitated through their set frameworks.

Refunds

  • If approved, refunds will be processed via Instamojo within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
