Agreement to terms

By accessing or using parvaazmusic.com (the "Site") or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this Site by anyone else. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its systems, or any connected network.

Products and pricing

All product descriptions, images, and prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information, but do not warrant that descriptions, images, or other content are entirely error-free.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and correct any pricing errors, at our discretion — including after an order has been placed. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Orders and payment

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully verified. Order confirmations and receipts are sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Physical items typically ship within 14 working days of order confirmation. Digital items are made available for download immediately after payment is confirmed.

Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to music, lyrics, artwork, photography, logos, and written content — is the property of Parvaaz or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parvaaz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
